I have experimented with many of these elixirs but the sips brand is a winner for me. You can decide how much of the effect that you want, and I’ll describe it here. I capful is nice. I feel it, it’s relaxing. 2 capfuls is better, definitely more that stoned feeling. 3 capfuls and I was trying to make a phone call with my calculator on my phone, and I giggled the whole time. It’s not often that a 65 yo gets the giggles, but what a lovely feeling it was. It’s intense but doesn’t stay intense, and after it starts wearing down a bit, it’s a perfect sleep aid!
